What will you be engaged in?
As our Admin Officer, you will be in charge of …

  • Manage and cross-check SOCAR zone agreements and payments with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the fleet team with vendor payment and related documentation.
  • Compile and upload all completed jobs into Maintenance History in the backend system.
  • JB yard parking access card control.
  • Assist data and documents in the backend system or Google drive.
  • Manage JB office affairs and take on finance or branch-relevant ad-hoc tasks.

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business admin or the equivalent
  • Proficient in using GSuite (GSheet, GSlide, GDoc)
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong administration management, problem-solving and negotiation skills
