What will you be engaged in?

As our new Command Center Agent, you will get the opportunity to do:

  • Responsible for implementing company Incident case management monitoring on a daily basis
  • Escalation report to the Management for any suspicious activity from bookings
  • Follow up and Conduct investigations, respond to suspicious transactions, and ensure that appropriate action is given
  • Cooperate with Incident Management Associate, custodian lead, risk team, and any committee related to the preventive, detection, monitoring, and investigation stages
  • Build a relationship with a Police or army, and or strengthen the link with 3rd parties
  • Identifying patterns and trends and giving a recommendation solution in order to improve/prevent the incident and/or case attempt in the future
  • Ensure and Maintain the company's reputation in the field and make the 110% effort to take Trevo cars back

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dashboard Monitoring or a related field such as network operations, IT support, or emergency response in a Transport/Logistics Company
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Proficient in Bahasa, minimum passive in English
  • Willing to work on shifts (night shift), which include weekends and public holidays
