What will you be engaged in?
As our new Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager, you will be in charge of,

  • Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors
  • Responsible for all fundraising goals and targets
  • Be the vital point of contact for the regulators across various markets
  • Develop investor relations materials that clearly communicate business results, strategy and key updates for external and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and organize periodic shareholders/Board of Directors meetings
  • Manage, prepare and present periodic financial and business reports
  • Point of contact to release information, handle inquiries from investors/shareholders
  • Analyze and provide updated financial trends within the car-sharing (B2C and P2P) industry, shareholder-related issues, competitor’s behavior that has potential foreseeable or unforeseeable impact to the business
  • Support any special projects with shareholding companies, as per when required
  • Participates in any potential Merger and Acquisition projects, including drafting business proposal, reviewing financial modeling and providing value-added analysis
  • Support Corporate Planning vertical, as per when required
  • Assist the top management in carrying out ad-hoc tasks, initiatives or projects
  • Leading various activities regarding fundraising
  • Analyse and provide financial trends in the car-sharing (B2C and P2P) industry, shareholder issues, competitor behaviour and anything else that could have an impact on the business
  • Assist the company top management in carrying out other ad-hoc tasks/ strategic projects

  • Strong and wide investor network
  • Work experience preferably in Investor Relations/ Venture Capital/ Private Equity/ Banking.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of Financial statements, corporate finance and financial modelling
  • As you will be dealing with investors and shareholders, the ideal candidate will need to have good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
