What will you be engaged in?
As the TREVO - City Business Manager, you will build the strategic partnerships for the Growth team to increase the acquisition of vehicles supply, manage and strategize the implementation of scalable supply acquisition procedures while evaluating the opportunities and market penetration for P2P car-sharing industry.

  • Source, structure, negotiate, drive, implement, and maintain strategic partnerships to acquire more Demand (Car Renter) and Supply (Car Owner) and drive GMV growth while optimizing resources to increase profitability and sustainability
  • Evaluate opportunities and market penetration by performing a range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Fully owned both allocated City-wide Demand/Supply budgets, to strategize and implement scalable Demand/Supply acquisition procedures for the business verticals– from Top of the Funnel throughout over onboarding, to continuously achieve an efficient and frictionless activation process.
  • Monitor marketplace health via data analysis including continuously improving dashboards to understand context, analyze insights, and propose solutions to alleviate pain-points.
  • Solve problems and improve efficiency to various metrics such as, but not limited to, acquisition, conversion, fulfillment, price optimization in a data-driven manner. Create a hypothesis with statistically significant data to build your proposal.
  • Implement pilot programs/tests/reproduce to improve our acquisitive efficacy, pricing, vehicle types segmentation, etc.
  • Support stakeholders (City Operation team) on day-to-day operations involving various stakeholders such as Safety, Delivery, Marketing, Customer Service, Tech/Engineering, etc…
  • Co-design high impact engagement programs with marketing team, the key to stipulate growth in demand/supply acquisitions.
  • Fully own daily performance tracking and determining the optimal channel mix allocation that maximises ROI (i.e LTV/CAC)
  • Drive the GMV generation at City level via, Strategy development, localised campaigns and events, partnerships development, together with the leads from HQ’s Marketing team
  • Communicate risks & opportunities and recommend actions to improve sustainable GMV generation
  • Lead the potential City Expansion plan where targeted geographical location is (most of the time) within a reasonable distance from your City base, including a high level Expansion Business case development.
