What will you be engaged in?

Your pursuit will be to offer candidates a seamless journey ranging from the identification of talent, gaining their awareness over assessment and on-boarding towards their long-term employee experience at TREVO - and, not the least, it is your chance to make an impact. As our new People Management Associate, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!

Talent Acquisition:

  • Take ownership, develop and execute full-cycle Talent Acquisition projects to improve candidates and employee experience journey while maintaining new hires’ standard
  • Create employer branding programs
  • Research and develop new, novel talent acquisition approaches to acquire the best talents
  • Gather requirements, formulate job scopes and promote open positions
  • Source, target and build pipelines of prospective candidates
  • Lead in-house and virtual candidate screening sessions
  • Create, improve and document Strategic Talent Acquisition processes for SOCAR/TREVO’s knowledge hub.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding.
  • Develop new, creative approaches to improve the overall 1-month onboarding journey

Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Work with other P&T team in developing Trevo ID’s culture internalization program
  • Initiate and deliver Trevo ID culture and engagement programs
  • Assist in employee development program, both for soft skills and technical skills
  • Spearhead the initiatives to improve TREVO perks and benefit
  • Develop SOPs and communication materials related to culture, engagement program, and perks and benefit

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university
  • Drive to make your fellow SOFAM’s (our team's name) the best possible workplace
  • Profound interest in general human resource initiatives, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
  • Our typical suitable candidates have minimum around 2 years of experience
